The Quest of the one True Diet

 

With everything said, which of these diets really work? Which of them is the One True Diet that will take an overweight body and turn it into a healthy man or woman in tip-top shape?

The best practical advice we came across in our quest to find the One True Diet is this: The key to any diet is finding something you can stick with – finding a way to motivate yourself and keep yourself on it.

Find something that makes it fun for you, and if you choose one of the diets presented here or maybe not found in the list, well, public opinion doesn’t matter at all if you are determined to lose weight.

As you might have noticed, something is not in our list. That diet method that we can fill in to make the practical also wise and workable. With that, we may as well add the healthy natural diet.
An anonymous writer once quipped: “The one true diet is the one you don’t know you’re on.”

And as Woody Allen puts it: “Some people don’t just care when they die just so they’re thin when they do.”
